Dick Clark, an icon in the music industry, once said, “I’ve always felt that music is visual. I’ve said for years that ‘Music is the soundtrack of your life.’ Listening to it spurs memories. That’s when you fell in love; that’s when you graduated from school; that’s when you got that job; and that’s when you lost that job.”
‘music is the soundtrack of your life.’ What does this quotation mean to you? Do you agree or disagree with this statement? What songs immediately strike you as music that defines your life and experiences?
Before the age of television, people entertained themselves largely by reading, telling stories, playing music and doing things outside.
